绑定Visa/MasterCard卡组织的信用卡，我用的是中国银行的Visa，然后点BUY充值
名字用卡的真实名字，IP，地址，邮编都用美国的
如果充值成功后，但又后悔了，想退款，也是可以的，点Refunds进行退款
点Refund entire balance确认退款，退款是原路返回，具体多久到账，这个得看你的发卡行
退款说明
You won’t be able to make any international calls once your calling credit has been refunded. Calling credit purchases may only be refundable if they were purchased within 1 year from today.
大概意思就是充值一年内才能进行退款，超过一年就不能进行退款了
